South Philly Takeover!

Picking just three photos from this wedding for my main page was one of the hardest choices I've had to make lately! This wedding was featured on Philadelphia Magazine's website.

All photos courtesy of Peach Plum Pear Photo.

Firstly- Liz is one of the most avant-garde brides I've seen in awhile. She was daring, fun, and knew exactly what she wanted. And looks pretty cool in sunglasses.

Secondly, they are ridiculously photogenic. I mean COME ON. They have a gorgeous blended family and are deeply involved in the South Philadelphia community- so much so that almost every vendor for the wedding is from South Philly!

From the jump, they knew they wanted a block party wedding. We picked up a tent and beer garden tables from Liberty Event Rentals to transform the street into party space. Texture Florals brought in their signature style with balloons and brightly colored flowers to create a unique style for Liz.

We added a nifty map from Maria Tina Beddia to show guests where to find Stacey's Face Painters, the sketch artist, the bounce house, and the photo booth.

Food was provided by Mama's Meatballs and Mike's BBQ, with a cake made by friends of the couple and Weckerly's to go along with it!

And now more pretty pictures because I love everything about this wedding!!
