This inspiration photoshoot was previously published by Wedding Chicks. Settee is a Fox & Finch creation. Adorable dog not included.
Back in January, I got an email that I never dreamed would lead where it did.
Sharyn of Sharyn Frenkel Photography reached out to ask if I could help fill in a few blanks for a photoshoot she'd conceived with Kim Bakke from A Cottage Gardner. They'd found most of their vendors already, but a couple of things were missing.
One thing being a table setting to complement Kim's epic floral designs. Fox & Finch Vintage Rentals brought their copper chairs and a beautiful wood table, and hung vintage chandeliers above. I brought together the copper element with copper flatware with a unique shape. Black beaded chargers contrasted with orchid pink, handmade plate sets from Anthropologie. I found a lovely blue satin fabric that I turned into a long runner to keep with the moody vibe. Steve from HopsScotch created custom cocktails to match our colors (and they were delicious, to boot).
Angela Park from Park Ave Cakes brought the fun with an epic cake and gorgeous cookies. The buffet (also a Fox & Finch creation) was completed by a grazing board from Dani Tomasso from Sip & Graze. It was difficult not to eat the whole thing before Sharyn got to shoot it!
What's so lovely about Barnsley Manor is that it keeps with its historic roots, while celebrating the decay. It's currently being renovated, so the decay is now being fixed. It's great to see a location of a significant bit of history given new life. It's scheduled to become a new wedding venue in the next year or two.
Rabbit Rabbit Crew went all out with an epic invitation suite, menus, and a unique seating chart.
All around, it was an incredibly fun day with talented vendors. I'm so appreciative that Sharyn and Kim opened their arms to my (sometimes zany) ideas.
And on a different note- I can't wait for Sharyn's wedding next year! EBM's going to be doing some serious wedding management!!
Here's some more inspiration from the shoot!
